Blade wear is continuous and consumption is relentless: a high-volume line changes blades on a shift cadence, which makes this a permanent recurring spend rather than a one-time capital item.

Who could fix it

Qualifying a blade against a specific die stack and kerf spec is a 12 to 18 month engineering relationship with the OSAT, not a catalogue sale.
