Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you every piece of personal data we hold on you, or to erase it. Both requests are free. Both are honoured within 30 days.

Enter the email address you subscribed with. We'll email a confirmation link — one click is all it takes to prove you own the address.
How this works

You submit the form above. We email a one-time link to that address — we won't confirm whether the address is on our list, to protect subscribers.

You click the link within one hour. A confirmation page shows you exactly what will happen, and you press the button to proceed. This second step exists so an email-preview scanner cannot accidentally trigger the action.

For an export, we email a JSON file to you within a minute. For an erasure, we remove you from our mailing platform, clear identifying fields in our consent register, and email a receipt.
Withdraw consent quickly
If you just want to stop receiving newsletters — not a full erasure — click unsubscribe in the footer of any email we've sent. That is honoured immediately and requires no verification. Erasure through this page is only needed if you also want us to delete the record of your subscription.

For any complaint about how we handle your data, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Nitisagar Advisory is not currently designated as a Significant Data Fiduciary under the DPDPA and is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
